Prices for hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in the UAE are rarely displayed in one place. Hospitals, wellness centres and home-chamber providers each publish their own rates, in different units: a single session, a package of ten, a monthly plan. This guide brings the public prices together, as read on 22 October 2026, so you can compare them on the same basis.

In Dubai, a single HBOT session costs between 255 and 1,346 AED depending on the setting, the pressure and the length of the session. Hospital packages run from 5,400 AED for 10 sessions to about 32,000 AED for 40, which puts the typical clinic session between 540 and 1,000 AED. A mild hyperbaric chamber installed at home by Oxygenome costs 443 to 525 AED per session on a one or two-week plan, and 280 AED per session on the monthly unlimited plan used daily, VAT included, for every member of the household. From the first week, home costs less per session than any clinic package in Dubai. The sections below detail each price point.

How much does one HBOT session cost in Dubai?

A single session costs between 255 and 1,346 AED in Dubai. The lowest price is a 30-minute session in a hospital’s sports package; the highest is a full session in a hospital high-pressure chamber. Most 60 to 90-minute sessions in wellness centres cost 675 to 950 AED.

Setting (Dubai) Session Pressure Price per session
Private hospital, sports package 30 min Not stated 255 AED
Wellness centres 30 min 1.35 ATA or not stated 400 to 450 AED
Wellness centres 60 min 1.35 ATA or not stated 675 to 750 AED
Wellness centres 90 min 1.35 ATA or not stated 850 to 950 AED
Private hospital, standard session Not stated Not stated 600 AED
Private hospital, high-pressure chamber Not stated About 3 ATA, 100 % oxygen 1,346 AED

Booking directories show a wider range, from 50 to 950 AED, because they mix HBOT with short oxygen-infusion services that use no pressurised chamber. A 20-minute “oxygen therapy” at 50 AED is a different service.

What do HBOT packages of 10, 20 and 40 sessions cost?

Packages bring the clinic price down to 540 to 1,000 AED per session. For 10 sessions, Dubai hospitals charge 5,400 to 10,000 AED; for 20 sessions, 10,800 to 18,000 AED; for 40 sessions, 21,600 to 32,000 AED. Medical tourism platforms quote average Dubai prices in the same band: 9,900 AED for 10 sessions, 18,364 AED for 20 and 32,000 AED for 40.

At the top of the market, one Dubai clinic sells an annual membership at 100,000 AED for unlimited one-hour sessions at 2.0 ATA, for one person, on weekdays and subject to availability.

Why do prices vary so much between providers?

Four factors explain the gap between a 255 AED session and a 1,346 AED one: the pressure of the chamber, the setting, the length of the session and the level of supervision. Pressure is the main driver. Hospital chambers run at 2.0 to 3.0 ATA with 100 % oxygen and need medical staff on site, so each session carries clinical costs. Mild chambers at 1.3 to 1.5 ATA, used in wellness centres and at home, run with an oxygen concentrator and a simpler protocol, and published studies show results at these pressures for sleep, recovery, skin and children’s development.

How much does a home hyperbaric chamber cost with Oxygenome?

Renting a mild hyperbaric chamber at home with Oxygenome costs 3,675 to 8,400 AED per period, VAT, delivery and installation included. The three plans run from one week (seven sessions of up to 90 minutes, 3,675 AED) to a monthly unlimited plan (8,400 AED).

Brought back to the session, the one-week plan (7 sessions, 3,675 AED) comes to 525 AED per session, and the two-week plan (14 sessions, 6,195 AED) to 443 AED. On the monthly unlimited plan at 8,400 AED, five sessions a week come to 420 AED each and a daily session to 280 AED. Every session lasts up to 90 minutes, at a pressure adjustable up to 1.5 ATA, and all prices include VAT.

Every plan includes free delivery anywhere in the UAE, installation and removal, a chamber adjustable up to 1.5 ATA with its oxygen concentrator, seated and lying positions, a free session demo and dedicated WhatsApp support 7 days a week. One rental covers the whole household: when two people follow a protocol, the price per session is halved. For programmes that run over several months, many households then buy a chamber to bring the cost down further. Purchase is available for households and businesses on request, and the pricing page details the rental plans.

From how many sessions does home become the cheapest option?

From the first week, a home chamber costs less per session than any clinic package in Dubai, with the travel removed. On a one or two-week plan, Oxygenome’s price per session (443 to 525 AED) sits below the hospital range (540 to 1,000 AED). On an unlimited month used daily, the session falls to 280 AED, about half the lowest clinic package price.

Long programmes make the difference clearest. Forty sessions is the protocol used in the main published study on children with autism, and the reference study on cellular ageing used 60 daily sessions. In a clinic, 40 sessions cost 21,600 to 32,000 AED and 80 sessions 43,200 to 64,000 AED, plus 40 to 80 return trips across Dubai at a fixed time each day. At home, two unlimited months cover 40 to 60 sessions for 16,800 AED, and three unlimited months cover up to 90 sessions for 25,200 AED, at the daily rhythm the studies rely on. Families supported by Oxygenome run programmes over several months at home, and many then buy a chamber to optimise the cost.

A single session to try HBOT. A wellness centre is the simplest route, at 400 to 950 AED for 30 to 90 minutes, with nothing to install. The shortest home plan covers seven sessions, so it suits a decision already taken.

Twenty sessions over a month. In a clinic, a 20-session package costs 10,800 to 18,364 AED, booked slot by slot. At home, the monthly unlimited plan costs 8,400 AED, covers every session the month allows, and every member of the household can use the chamber. The home option costs 2,400 AED less than the lowest clinic package and removes 20 return trips.

Two people in the same household. In a clinic, each person buys a package: two 20-session packages cost 21,600 to 36,728 AED. At home, one monthly unlimited plan at 8,400 AED covers both, and two people doing five sessions a week each bring the price to 210 AED per session.

Ready to start at home? Choose your protocol or message the Oxygenome team on WhatsApp to reserve a chamber. Delivery and installation are included, and availability is limited.
